I used rosemary instead of thyme, and added a little butter and red pepper. Because, I mean, why not?

Made this today. Easy and delish. Replaced Nutmeg w/ Herbes de Provence. Because I’m fancy. Ever wanted to know what do do with leftovers from that veggie tray you forgot to put out at the party until it was way to late? Voila.
Tastes about 100 million times better than the picture indicates. I’ve been (bean) eating this salad pretty much constantly since I made an olympic-sized swimming pool worth of it a few nights ago. I don’t know who you are Jonny without an “H” but thanks for the deliciousness. And enough gas to power a city bus.
